Today money dominates our politics and our media, producing a political coverage that caters to the corporate clients, and not the people. It is designed to help keep an establishment in power, not voters make informed decisions on polling day.

We want to help our electorate make informed decisions. The news and analysis we provide is independent, accurate and non corporate .

 

We were formed from a group of young political writers and thinkers on a writing site called Quora. We now have over 30 regular contributors.

However, we need your help. To maintain and help the site grow we need your support.

In addition, all paid supporters will be given personal access to an exclusive member’s group, where they can engage with our writers and management team to suggest stories and future investigations for The People's News to run.
